150.0 ml of dry sherrybubble 2mins
75.0 g of plain flourstir in slowly
3.0 onionschopsweat in empty chicken pancook until oils come out
750.0 g of pack puff pastryrole to approx 3mm
1.5 eggbeatbrush around pie dish edge
