American Pancakes - Cooking like a Boss

Makes approximately 30 pancakes. Serve with more butter, maple syrup and bacon, or whatever other toppings you fancy.

knob of butter	melt in frying pan on medium heat				add small ladle of batter	flip when starting to bubble on surface	cook until both sides golden

650ml 0.65l 43 ¹⁄₃tbsp 130tsp 2.75cup 1.14pint milk		mix
5 large egg	lightly beat
