The soup Jonny traditionally makes when Matt has made a gratuitous quantity of bread.

6 cloves garlic	chopped

3 can chopped tomatoes
1500ml 1 ¹⁄₂l 100tbsp 300tsp 6.34cup 2.64pint stock
1 ¹⁄₂ tsp 0.007 l 7 ¹⁄₂ ml ¹⁄₂ tbsp 0.032 cup 0.013 pint Tabasco sauce
3 tsp 0.015 l 15 ml 1 tbsp 0.063 cup 0.026 pint Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp 0.015 l 15 ml 1 tbsp 0.063 cup 0.026 pint dried basil
9 tbsp 0.135 l 135 ml 27 tsp 0.571 cup 0.238 pint crème fraiche
