The soup Jonny traditionally makes when Matt has made a gratuitous quantity of bread.

4 cloves garlic	chopped
2 tsp 0.01 l 10 ml ²⁄₃ tbsp 0.042 cup 0.018 pint chilli powder
1 tsp 0.005 l 5 ml ¹⁄₃ tbsp 0.021 cup 0.009 pint olive oil
2 can chopped tomatoes
1000ml 1l 66 ²⁄₃tbsp 200tsp 4.23cup 1.76pint stock
1 tsp 0.005 l 5 ml ¹⁄₃ tbsp 0.021 cup 0.009 pint Tabasco sauce
2 tsp 0.01 l 10 ml ²⁄₃ tbsp 0.042 cup 0.018 pint Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp 0.01 l 10 ml ²⁄₃ tbsp 0.042 cup 0.018 pint dried basil
6 tbsp 0.09 l 90 ml 18 tsp 0.38 cup 0.158 pint crème fraiche
