Spicy Tomato Soup - Cooking like a Boss

The soup Jonny traditionally makes when Matt has made a gratuitous quantity of bread.

1 small onion	chopped	cook 3 mins	cook 2-3 mins	simmer 15-20 mins	cook 1 min	blend
2 cloves garlic	chopped
1 tsp 0.005 l 5 ml ¹⁄₃ tbsp 0.021 cup 0.009 pint chilli powder
¹⁄₂ tsp 0.003 l 2 ¹⁄₂ ml ¹⁄₆ tbsp 0.011 cup 0.004 pint olive oil
1 can chopped tomatoes
500ml ¹⁄₂l 33 ¹⁄₃tbsp 100tsp 2.11cup 0.88pint stock
¹⁄₂ tsp 0.003 l 2 ¹⁄₂ ml ¹⁄₆ tbsp 0.011 cup 0.004 pint Tabasco sauce
1 tsp 0.005 l 5 ml ¹⁄₃ tbsp 0.021 cup 0.009 pint Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp 0.005 l 5 ml ¹⁄₃ tbsp 0.021 cup 0.009 pint dried basil
3 tbsp 0.045 l 45 ml 9 tsp 0.19 cup 0.079 pint crème fraiche
