Spicy Tomato Soup - Cooking like a Boss

The soup Jonny traditionally makes when Matt has made a gratuitous quantity of bread.

4 small onion	chopped	cook 3 mins	cook 2-3 mins	simmer 15-20 mins	cook 1 min	blend
8 cloves garlic	chopped
4 tsp 0.02 l 20 ml 1 ¹⁄₃ tbsp 0.085 cup 0.035 pint chilli powder
2 tsp 0.01 l 10 ml ²⁄₃ tbsp 0.042 cup 0.018 pint olive oil
4 can chopped tomatoes
2000ml 2l 133 ¹⁄₃tbsp 400tsp 8.45cup 3.52pint stock
2 tsp 0.01 l 10 ml ²⁄₃ tbsp 0.042 cup 0.018 pint Tabasco sauce
4 tsp 0.02 l 20 ml 1 ¹⁄₃ tbsp 0.085 cup 0.035 pint Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp 0.02 l 20 ml 1 ¹⁄₃ tbsp 0.085 cup 0.035 pint dried basil
12 tbsp 0.18 l 180 ml 36 tsp 0.761 cup 0.317 pint crème fraiche
