Beef Stew - Cooking like a Boss

True zero-pre-cooking slow cooker beef stew. Really tasty and very easy. Serve with mash.

400ml ²⁄₅l 26 ²⁄₃tbsp 80tsp 1.69cup 0.704pint boiling water			mix up in slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours on low
²⁄₃ beef stock cube	crumble
1 ¹⁄₃ tbsp 0.02 l 20 ml 4 tsp 0.085 cup 0.035 pint tomato purée
²⁄₃ tbsp 0.01 l 10 ml 2 tsp 0.042 cup 0.018 pint Marmite
600g ³⁄₅kg 1.32lb 21.2oz braising steak	cut into 3cm chunks
66 ²⁄₃g 0.067kg 0.147lb 2.35oz smoked bacon lardons
1 ¹⁄₃ onions	thinly slice
2 ²⁄₃ carrots	peel	cut into 3cm chunks
2 ²⁄₃ celery sticks	cut into 3cm lengths
2 tbsp 0.03 l 30 ml 6 tsp 0.127 cup 0.053 pint plain flour
²⁄₃ tsp 0.003 l 3 ¹⁄₃ ml 0.222 tbsp 0.014 cup 0.006 pint salt
