preheat slow cooker on high					simmer in slow cooker 3hr until potato soft	season	blend	garnish

1 ¹⁄₃ onion	finely chop
1 ¹⁄₃ cm ginger	peeled and diced
2 ²⁄₃ large potatoes	dice 1cm cubes
